1. Who we are
BoNetze is a free catalogue of places to go out with the family in Israel: parks, beaches, nature reserves, museums, playgrounds, libraries, walking routes and businesses the team has admitted. The service is operated in Israel by the BoNetze team.
You can reach us at any time through the report link on every place page. We answer within seven working days.
2. Who may use the service
An account is for people aged 18 or over. You confirm your age when you sign up, and the confirmation is stored with the date and the version of these terms.
A parent or guardian may create a supervised profile for a child aged 14 to 17. That profile is not an account: it has the family map and the emergency numbers and nothing else, and the parent can remove it at any moment.
Anyone can browse the whole catalogue without an account. An account is needed to save places, react, add photos, earn points, suggest a place and use a family group.
3. Your account and your phone number
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, or with Google. Your number identifies your account, so it can belong to only one account.
Keep your device and your codes to yourself. If you lose access to your number, write to us through the report link.
You can close your account at any time from the profile screen. Everything the account holds is erased; what remains is a dated record that a consent of a given kind and version once existed, under a digest that cannot be traced back to you.
4. What the catalogue is and is not
The details of each place are collected from public sources and confirmed with the institution wherever possible. Every place shows when its details were last verified.
Opening hours, prices, accessibility and Shabbat availability change without notice. Check with the place before you set out, especially for a long trip or a specific need.
BoNetze does not operate the places listed and is not a party to what happens there. If something on a page is wrong, use the report link; that is how the catalogue stays honest.
5. Photos, reactions and suggestions you add
What you add stays yours. By adding it you allow BoNetze to show it in the app, free of charge, until you or we remove it.
Add only photos you took yourself, that show the place rather than identifiable people, and that carry nothing offensive or commercial. Location metadata is removed from every photo before it is stored, and every photo is checked automatically and by a person before it appears.
We may remove content that breaks these rules or that a place reports as wrong, and we will tell you why.
6. Points and coupons
Points are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and can be withdrawn if they were earned by false check-ins or other abuse.
You earn points for a check-in at a place, for a reaction, for a photo that is approved, for a suggestion that is accepted and for a route you finish, within the daily limits shown on the points screen.
A coupon obtained with points is an offer of the business, not of BoNetze. The business supplies it, sets its own conditions and cancellation policy, and issues the receipt.
7. Family groups and location
A family group is created by an adult account and can hold other adults and supervised child profiles. Location sharing is off until each member switches it on for themselves, and each member can switch it off again at any time.
While sharing is on, the group sees that member's last position and where they were during the past 24 hours. Nothing older is kept, and nobody outside the group sees it.
8. Businesses in the catalogue
Businesses are admitted by the team against published criteria and are marked as businesses. A business page is information, not an offer.
Any booking, purchase, change or refund is an agreement between you and the business, on the business's own terms. Contact the business directly on the phone number shown on its page.
9. How you may use the service
Use BoNetze for yourself and your family. Do not copy the catalogue in bulk, do not try to break the service or reach other people's data, do not impersonate anyone, and do not use the family features to follow a person who has not agreed to it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will say why.
10. Changes, law and disputes
When these terms change we publish a new version with a new version number and ask you to accept it before you continue to use the service.
Israeli law applies to these terms, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction.
